The popular writer and his wife, Éva Péterfy-Novák, were invited to the Lu Xun Academy in China in the autumn of 2017. They both wrote a very exciting travelogue about their one-month trip, which was published as a book this year. Among other topics, we discussed the situation of publishers, the trip to China, their collaborative writing, Chinese and Hungarian mentalities, and the current relevance of “Kitömött barbár” with the director of the Association of Hungarian Book Publishers and Distributors.
